  • i think it depends on the state. however, my son goes to a home daycare. she is not licensed but is trained in CPR/ first aide. She charges $125/week for children over one and $175/week for infants.

  • You need to look in the Dep. of Child and Family Services site for home daycares on rules as it varies by state....legally (in my state) you can only have 3 children if you are not licensed and that includes your own...but that is saying you are turning the money in...If you are licensed you can have more kids...It is a much safer thing for both you and the children if you are licensed...that way if something happens...at least you have some protection.
