Find a box of baking soda, a salt shaker, a fresh lemon, a cup, a knife and a spoon.
Step 2 Fill the cup with cool water.
Step 3 Cut the lemon in half. Juice it and remove all seeds.
Step 4 Pour the lemon juice into the cup of water.
Step 5 Add two shakes of salt into the solution.
Step 6 Measure out 1/2 tsp. of baking soda and sprinkle it into the solution.
Step 7 Drink the solution when uncomfortable gases arise or as a preemptive measure after meals that cause gas.
