  • think of things this way, the more colorful they are the more nutrition in them. the ones that are blander looking are not. for instance- bright greens, beets, carrots, berries!! all good. potatoes, eggplant not so good. You can do research on www.mypryamid.gov

  • Kiwi has more potassium than banana and more vitamin C than an orange. Kale is loaded with calcium and iron.

  • They all have different nutrients that your body needs. I always tell my kids that when it comes to fruits and veggies, we have to eat a rainbow.
