what are some good extersizes i can do while pregnanat?

  • Depending on your level of fitness and how far along you are there is a lot you can do. If you have been following a regular exercise program you can continue with that for quite awhile...until it gets uncomfortable. I lifted weights through my entire second pregnancy...but if it is a new thing for you then start slow...yoga, light stretching, walking, swimming....there a quite a few prenatal exercise videos out there...check ebay...and then you can do it on your schedule from home :)

    also swimming is great, its very easy on the joints
