Dried cranberries...

I want to make some cookies using dried cranberries. What type of cookie dough should I use? (ie: oatmeal, choc. chip dough, sugar cookie, etc.)

And, if you have a recipe using them, can I have it?

  • I do mine with my basic oatmeal. recipe. Sometimes I stir in choc. chips, raisens, cranberries, M&M's, cahews, walnuts, or pecans. I really think oatmeal is the most versatile for stir ins.

  • I love dried cranberries! I throw them in salads and oatmeal. I use them when I make chocolate chip cookies; I replace about 1/2 of the chocolate with dried cranberries.

  • I think you could add them to any of the cookie doughs you mentioned. I also love cranberries.
