  • You your question How can you because you want to, or is it possible that you have because you didn't think it was?? My sister has PCOS and from what I understand of it I've been under the impression that if you take birth control pills to regulate your period (one of the recommended treatments I think?) then I'd assume if occasionally you skipped taking it you could get pregnant because your period would be regular. I'm not sure though..
