35wks contractions every 45 to 50 mintues and really really dizzy?

I thought it might have been my contacts but still really dizzy tried taking a warm shower and it didn't help. any suggestions?

  • Call your doc, and lie on your left side. Dizziness could be a sign of high blood pressure, which can be lowered by lying on your left side. Drink some water and try to relax. Try to reach your doctor, and if it continues, go to the ER, they'll test your bp and tell you what to do. GL.

  • i agree with sk tennyson and bisketliss (it could be either) and as for the contraction because there so far apart its probably just braxton hicks
