When did your son/daughter start using sippy cups?

  • I introduced it around 5 months. She was only sippy at 9 months. Once she got the hang of it she threw the bottle away.

  • i didn't use sippy cups very long, we started probably around 11 months, and by 14 months or so he was drinking from a regular cup

  • About six months. None of my boys ever took a bottle. They were BF and started taking the sippy at six months. So there was no breaking them from the bottle habit. WOOHOO!

  • around 10 months for mine... I breast fed exclusively then sippy cup

  • i start arourd 11 mnths so they are off the bottle by there first bday and honestly i have done that wit both my girls and there was no real big bottle breaking problem!!!

  • I introduced at 5 mo but my twins are being stubborn (almost a year now). My daughter was introduced at 4 mo and off the bottle by 11 mo.

  • I started giving my son the sippy cup at 7 months but he wouldn't hold it til he was 15!! king!!
