is daiquiri mix while pregnant ok?

is it ok to drink that daiquiri mix while you're pregnant? i know its healthier to use natural strawberries but my boyfriend made me a virgin daiquiri with the mix from the store and im wondering should i avoid it or is it ok

  • Oh its fine! It's not going to be any worse than having a cup of koolaid! Drink up, if it tastes super yummy, make one up with real strawberries next time!

  • As long as it is alcohol free-which is what virgin means pp, then it should be fine.

  • you should be ok. its a virgin drink so its the same as like the second post said kool aid or soda or eating a really sugary candy bar..enjoy...i've had plenty of frozen virgin drinks while preg no problems

  • yes it should be ok but I did read in my what to expect when expecting to avoid dyes and it listed the dye numbers and colors. BUT....seriously I wouldnt worry about it..just keep it virgin. HAVE FUN!
