I've always rolled around alot when I sleep. Even moreso now that I can NEVER get comfortable. If I wake up on my stomach or back, will it hurt my baby? How can I prevent it? How can I get comfortable and get some friggin sleep!?Answer Question
Try a pregnancy pillow. I loved the Boppy Total Body Pillow. It was the best $40 I spent in my entire pregnancy. It really helps keep you from rolling all over the place to get comfy. If you do end up on your belly or back don't fret. Our bodies have ways of telling us to protect the baby. You will wake up or become short of breath or get a leg cramp. Doctors tell us to go to sleep on our sides but you can not control what you are doing in your sleep. Don't worry about it too much. I really would look into buying that pillow it was a life saver for me. I found mine at target.
