What can I do with my stroller while at the beach?

I (we) have a double stroller and are going to the beach. Where can a put it and it be safe, besides leaving it in the room. Walking the boardwalk will be hard enough w/2 toddlers, so I can't leave in the room. It folds down to maybe 38"x22"x22" and is heavy. Need some ideas as to securing it while we let the kids play in the water. Thanks
