What do I do with one? My 2 year old caught one and wanted to keep it so I said ok. I put in a lil aquarium that is half rocks, half water. But the question is what do I feed it? Does it need heat or cold? I would like it to live cause my son is in love with it, so if any of you know can you please let me know?

  • Honestly, I think you should explain to your daughter that wild animals belong in the wild, not in tanks in a house. Just my opinion.

  • I would treat it like a hermit crab I guess? There are lots of sites on hermit crab care.
Down this way the only thing we'd do with a crawdad is boil it and serve it with corn and potatos lol. Sorry I can't be of more help.
