What age do you switch from infants tylenol to childrens tylenol?

  • I use 2 different tylenol on DD. One is infants and one is from like age 2-6. She's Two and a half. Both bottles cover her age. When the infants is gone I won't replace it.

  • I am thinking with my son he was around 3 when we switched because of something similar to what MoonLover said. We ran out of the infants, and figured the children's seemed to be more the right range for his weight.

  • I think it is around 2 years of age. Some go by weight to. You would have to check with a dr. to see what they recomend.
