Any tips on poo stains?

It seems like my baby has a blow out at least twice a week. All her onsies have stains on them. I just cannot get them out. She's breastfed, so it's that yellowy mustard kind of poo. Any suggestions, or tips for getting the stains out?

  • Dreft makes a stain remover (I found it at Target)...there isn't a poo, spitup, or chocolate stain (from dad of course) that it hasn't removed from Cian's clothes. IT ROCKS! I can just rinse out the poopy clothes immediately after the event and then treat them right before they go in the wash a day or so later.

  • This is my sure fire stain remover.. for formula barf, pop stains, and all other stains..equal parts dawn dish soap, water and amonia (clear amonia but lysol will work also) put in a spray bottle marked with the poison sign and labeled STAIN REMOVER.

I use this on Emma's clothes.. when I sort her clothes I look for pop, spit up, food, ect and spray the stain directly toss in the washer and my normal laundry soap and wash. I don't like to use bleach until she is 1 y and if I do its very little. Hope that helps

  • I use the dreft stain remover, and it doesnt remove all the stains. Maybe try a different brand.

  • A friend of mine got me hooked on this new eco-friendly stain remover called Winning Colours Stain Remover and it works on every stain I have had so far. I went to their website to find a store near me and used their store locator. Here is the link:
