  • start taking your prenatels...i did and it helped me
    dont take them w/water they just make u more nauseaos...take em after breakfast w/juice or milk

  • dont listen to the first answer.
    prenatals will not help you get pregnant or make you more fertile. but you should start taking them about 3 months before you conceive to get a good amount of nutrients built up in the body, help the body to get healthy to conceive and carry a baby.
    secondly....taking prenatals with milk can defeat the purpose. take them with food, so you dont get an upset stomach, but if you take them with calcium, i.e. milk, the calcium and the iron can cancel eachother out. yes most prenatals have both in them, but taking it with more calcium at the same time, can make it so your body doesnt get the iron it needs. and it will NEED a lot of iron

  • you can also ask your obgyn about firtility pills that you take while your on your period to boost your chances of getting pregnant. it worked for me the first time and i was told i was infirtile.

  • clomid was what i was thinking of. i started off on 50mg and moved up tp 100mg b4 i got prego. also the dr might askthe guy for a sperm count to make sure it's not him
