What exactly does that mean...

everyone says DD and other two letter things when refering to there children and stuff. I use SO cuz I assume it means significant other...am I wrong what do they all mean? It makes reading qiestions and answers tough and I feel kinda stupid cuz I dont know what they mean....

  • SO is significant other
    DD/S dear daughter/son
    DH/F dear hubby/fiance
    DSS/D dear step son/daughter
    LO little one...i think those are the most commonly used ones

  • DD=dear daughter, DS=dear son, DH=dear husband, Yes, SO=significant other
    There's also, SD=step daughter...and so on.
