  • Weight Watchers. Or you just counting your calories. don't eat more than 500-700 calories in one meal. use lots of veggies, and fruits, drink milk twice a day, use at least 2 teaspoons of olive or canola oil..bake, grill, steam everything. don't not eat something.. because you are on a diet. .eat whatever you want just count the calories and don't go over 2000 a day. that's what i have done in the last 3 months.. lost 26 lbs.

  • it is actually heathier to eat 6 small meals than 3 large ones. Rather than diet, which will keep you on the gain/lose rollercoaster, start eating healthy every day and setting a great example for your kids. Drink at least 8 8oz glasses of water a day. Eat 7-8 servings of fruits and vegetables every day, in at least 3 different colors. Eat 7 servings of whole grains every day. Cut way back on, or eliminate meat and dairy. Eat beans, lentils and tofu. Try it for two weeks, and let me know how you and your family feel. If you need meal ideas, please contact me directly. is a great source for family-tested recipes.
