  • yes sure it cause irrition to your digestve system and may cause you acid reflux

  • some are more spicy than others. I once made a potato dish with too much garlic and rosemary. I had the worst cramps and indigestion. I cringed in pain! i learned my lesson after that

  • It all depends on how your body reacts to spicy foods. It might give you some indigestion, especially toward the end of the pregnancy. I ate extremely spicy foods during my pregnancy with no problem. It certainly doesn't affect the baby.

  • I still eat spicy food, just not super hot. And keep the tums on hand!

  • I get heartburn from weird stuff, like rootbeer, I wouldn't avoid spicy foods though because(knock on wood) they don't usually bother me. If I get heartburn I'll just eat tums. If it gave me... issues... I would avoid it though.

  • I eat tums right after I eat anything. It keeps me from getting acid reflux and things. I eat two to four of them a day. They work and they also give you extra calcium.
