what is the best thing i can take so i dont get such bad gas

really its a pain and very disabilitating

  • Rather than jumping to what you can take to prevent gas, consider what you can stop eating to eliminate it. Try eating less broccoli, onions, greasy foods. Those sorts of things and anything else that causes gas aren't necessarily healthy anyway (I know broccoli is, but you can get the same nutrients from other foods)

  • gas X works good but anything with Simethicone in it will help. And I agree with Bisketliss you gotta watch out for those types of food if you want to avoid having gas. Good Luck!

  • If you are already staying away from gassy foods, you may be taking in too much air when you eat &/or drink.
    Anxiety can also make a person gassy.
    Daily exercise, even just the little ones, can help with the problem too.
