  • that was helpful.. I think my son said stir around 12 months - kinda a late bloomer I guess from all the comments I hear but he's up to like 75 words - 20 that others can understand at 18 months..woohoo!! so fun!

  • i think every baby is different my daughter said a few words here and their around the time she started walkimg which was 11 months but my friend has a daughter whose almost 3 and she barely talks at all

  • Every baby is different. Mine said her first word at 7.5 months and started speaking in sentences at 18 months. She started reading at the same time she was FINALLY potty trained, at 4.

  • Mine first spoke at 13 months, 15 months and 23 months. (the latter only with help of speech therapy)
