Exercise help!!

I have benign positional vertigo and am unable to do traditional sit-ups, crunchs, push-ups, basically anything that requires being totally flat on the ground and lifting. Does anyone know of any exercises that could help me? I walk/run and dance and do cardio but its not helping to firm up my tummy or abdominal muscles =[

  • Get in table position- knees and hands. Lift your abdomen and hold. (repeat, etc.)
    Stand with your back against the wall, your feet a little away from the way, lift your ab and tilt your pelvis under, (repeat, etc.)
