My husband, age 27, was just diagnosed with high blood pressure. He was told to make low sodium meals instead of eating ready-to-go food like he usually does. But he works the night shift so he's really tired when he gets home and I don't usually wake up in time to make anything for him to eat before he goes to bed. Does anyone have any suggestions or recipes for me to make the night before that he can just throw in the microwave or oven when he gets home? Something healthy and low in sodium?
Something else you do is look on www.allrecipes.com in their 'low sodium' recipe section.
