  • massage the roots of your hair everyday for like 5-10 min. it increases blood flow and in turn will make your hair grow faster.any vitamins will help.that and taking really good care of your hair will be awesome as well.

  • you can,..there would be nothing wrong with doing that.they just have the max amount of the nutrients a vitamin could have.

  • prenatal vitamins will not hurt you. but theres a vitamin sold at GNC vitamin world i think even wal mart sells it. its called biotin. it helps with healthy hair and nail growth

  • TIME is the ONLY thing that makes your hair grow...pre-natal vitamins won't make it grow..your hair grows real fast when your pregnant because of your hormones..the vitamins help, but really the only thing that wil make your hair grow is time...
