Do you think that you would be able to cut "flour" in your diet to lose weight?

I don't think I could do it. I mean starting at breakfast I love to have a bagel, at lunch a sandwich (wheat toast), at dinner Pizza. It's impossible to eliminate flour.

  • Just cut out WHITE flour. Whole wheat,whole grain is full of vitamins and fiber and can help you lose weight. White flour,white sugar,white pasta are pretty much worthless.
