stop breastfeeding

Hello...i am thinking in stop breastfeeding my baby, so i would like to ask about tips for not getting any bumps in the time i stop with the milk production...any pill? thnks

  • The World Health Organization (much less influenced by the formula industry than US doctors) recommends breastfeeding for a minimum of 24 months.
    Child-led weaning is best, but if you are completely set on this, then start slowly, replacing one feeding every few days with formula. It is best if the first few bottles are given by someone else, with you not in the room; also best to start with breastmilk in the bottles.
