When did your son or daughter start walking?

my ten moth old pulled himself up in the play yard and just took a step!!!! the twins were 12 months.

  • Christmas Eve, He was 11 months old (well, 11 days from being 1) But he cruised furniture before he crawled.... And he just started walking around, so he started walking and took his first steps on the same night

  • ok, that was a joke. All three of my children were walking before age 1. My grandson began walking about 10 months.

  • first steps at 7 1/2 months. Started full out walking the day before she turned 10 months .

  • My daughter is no where near walking yet (she is 2.5 months) but I walked when I turned 9 months and was cruising at 5 months. I am hoping my daughter takes after me and walks early.

  • my dd started walking at 15 months. She's a scaredy cat. She could walk since she was about 10 but never wanted to on her own.
