  • no actually the healthy weight for a woman who is 5'7 is supposed to be between 130-150 lbs depending on your build

  • Well I'm 5'5" and I weigh 190 lbs.. I had my daughter 4 months ago and if you didn't know I weighed that much you wouldn't know.. So.. Honestly. No I don't.. I call myself fat all the time cause I'm just not used to the extra baggage... I used to weigh 130 before I got preggo..

  • You're in the normal range, but it depends on how your body structure is. I'm 5'7'' and if I was 147 lbs I would look like I was 227 pounds!! I don't carry my weight well, though:) I have a friend who is 5;7'' and 160 and looks great!

  • No, that is my height and I was 147 when I got married and I felt the healthiest I had ever been (was MUCH thinner in high school and much heavier in the past 10 years).
