  • are you getting a tugging feeling on your belly button?

if you are.. thats not the umbilical cord being pulled on.

you wont be able to feel them pulling on a certain thing...their umbilical cord is not connected to your belly button.

that pulling feeling on your belly button is normal and its just the baby moving and pushing on that spot.

  • No. You may be feeling round ligament pain. The umbilical cord is attached to the placenta. If you feel any pain that you haven't experienced before, you can always call your OB and ask him/her about it. If you feel any pain and have bleeding, go to the ER.
