Can you refridgerate dough with yeast in it overnight?

I made cinamon rolls and it contains yeast and I don't want to cook them til tomorrow will it be okay to put it in the fridge or should I just cook them tonight?

  • You can refrigerate it for 2 days, or freeze for 3 months.

  • form them and put them in your pan that you will bake them in. they will slow rise overnight and then pop them into the oven in the morning for fresh buns! I keep yeast doughs in my fridge all the time , they make for a chewier bread

  • yes u can freeze them or refrigerate them and it will be perfect.
    u need to let it cool outside for atime be4 bake to let rise .
