Does massaging your stretch marks with your finger tips really help them?

If it does what does it exactly do?

  • I can't imagine that it does anything unless you are using magic cream. Time will decrease those stretch marks. I didn't get any, but my friend who had 2 boys, had another boy after 5 years and doesn't have anywhere near the # of stretch marks that she had her last pregnancy. I think sometimes your skin heals itself . . not fully, but somewhat.

  • Massaging the skin improves capillary circulation, and promotes new tissue growth is what I heard.
