  • The baby dropping just means he's getting into position to be born. Not necessarily that he will be early though.

  • They should drop. It all depends if he has dropped into a -5 station or lower. All babies will drop at some point, my daughter dropped 3 weeks before I had her a little each week. It could happen early or you could go late.

  • My first son droppwed 6 weeks before he had to be induced, he was a week overdue. Just means baby is ready and you should get ready too as it can be anytime...unfortuananly it can still mean june 14th...or later.:o) good luck.

  • I've always read that with a first pregnancy it's normal for a baby to drop about 3-4 weeks before labor starts. With 2nd pregnancies and up they usually don't drop until much closer to labor starting.

  • I dropped 3 weeks before my son was born. I agree with the other ladies, he's just getting ready.

  • Mine dropped 3 weeks before the due date, and I was induced 2 weeks after my due date.

  • Not necassarily. My first was breech and didn't drop until the night before I had him when he turned and dropped at the same time, but my second dropped about 4 weeks before I gave birth so it all depends.

  • No. As everyone before me said, it just means the baby is getting ready. My first one dropped about a week and a half before she was born.

    Good luck and congradulations!
