Neck, Shoulders, & Back of Head

My neck, shoulders, and the back of my head are super tight. I feel stiff and I have been trying to stretch a lot so it wont feel so tight. I work on the computer about 6 hours a day. I wanted to know what specific stretching excercises can I do to help relieve it as much as possible? How do I know if I am sitting correctly so that this doesnt happen?

  • Oh, I can't wait to hear the answer to this one! lol I am in the same boat as you and would love to know how the heck to stretch that area out. Every time I try I make it worse and end up with pinched nerves too.
