Neck, Shoulders, & Back of Head

My neck, shoulders, and the back of my head are super tight. I feel stiff and I have been trying to stretch a lot so it wont feel so tight. I work on the computer about 6 hours a day. I wanted to know what specific stretching excercises can I do to help relieve it as much as possible? How do I know if I am sitting correctly so that this doesnt happen?

  • Make sure you take breaks every couple of hours. Rolling a tennis ball around between your neck and a wall can help loosen you up too. I keep one in my purse, LOL.
