  • Me too. I regret to say I have been giving my kids sloppy Joes out of desperation. We had scrambled eggs the other night too.

  • Hi Serena! I am the queen of 20 minute dinners. Here are some suggestions off the top of my head, feel free to contact me direclty for recipes:
Sweet potato and black bean burritos; southwestern falafel with avocado sauce, noodles and broccoli with peanut sauce, stir-fried veggies with brown rice, tofu fish sticks with sweet potato baked fries, beans and rice and quesadillas and avocado salad, taco salad, lasagne, whole wheat noodles with beans, cheese, spinach and sauce. If you have a crockpot: sloppy jojos (lentil sloppy joes in the crockpot), chili, black bean soup, veggie stew with dumplings (not a quick recipe),

  • Taco soup, BBQ pork chops, chicken alfredo, chicken & stuffing casserole, Scalloped potatoes & ham, Chicken quesadillas, Swiss steak made with cube steak, tator tot casserole, chicken & rice casserole, chicken & stuffing casserole, pizza casserole, beef & broccoli stir fry, chicken & vegetables stir fry,.....

Use your crockpot to make things like roast chicken, beef roast , roast ham, round steak & gravy, sweet & sour chicken, BBQ chicken, Mexican chicken, chili, bean or pea soup, potato soup with ham....just put in the ingredients in the morning and let it cook all day!

I have recipes for all of these. They are made from scratch, but I prefer to spend as little time in the kitchen as possible so I've found recipes that take very little time to prep and cook. I'm willing to share!
