  • My son is almost 4 and can go pee and poop and wipe by himself; doesn't mean he always does, but he CAN.

  • My son just turned 5 and has been using the potty alone for probably a year now. He's still not very good at wiping his own butt and recognizes that when it's itchy means he needs to go try to wipe better.

  • My oldest was a little younger than 4 when he was using the bathroom completely by himself. He did it for peeing alone way before that.

    My second one is almost 3 1/2 and he's been peeing by himself and has recently started trying to wipe his butt by himself...he has a little way to go for that one yet. LOL

  • My youngest was 2 1/2. She's potty trained in a few days and has been using the potty without any help ever since. She doesn't always wipe well (or at all) but she can do it herself and we allow her that.
