Can I get more than one ultrasound pic at my first doctor visit?

I'm planning to break the news to my folks next Monday. I wanted one pic for my in-laws, one for my folks and one for me. It's been so long since I had ultrasounds done that weren't miscarriages that I've forgotten if they will allow more than one picture.

  • Ask the tech and tell them you plan on giving one out. Usually its no problem at all.

  • I got about 10 at each, but they didn't actually do the ultrasounds until around 4 months.

  • My first ultrasound with my last pregnancy, the technician told me that I could go to walmart and make as many copies as I want . I don't know if all places are like that. My later ultrasounds were done at a couple different places. For our 20 week ultrasound, we got a cd with the ultrasound pics on it. Also got one around 28 weeks. After that I was high risk so I got weekly ultrasounds at the high risk ob with 2 free 3d u/s. I got many different pictures.

  • Just take them to the store and make copies. It's NOT illegal and then you can have all the originals for your self. That's what we did.
