Does anybody know how to interpreter background information?

I'm trying to figure out a teacher's background. I went to the license verification (DOE website) and I got:

Generalist In Middle Childhood Education (Grades 5-9) Transitional B Certificate 03/01/2008 04/31/2011
Students With Disabilities (Grades 5-9), Generalist Transitional B Certificate 10/01/2005 11/31/2010
What does it say to you this information?
(for privacy reasons the month and day have been changed)

  • I THINK it says she has a valid certificate for a teaching position and the degree of study is general studies with no specific specialty noted, or that she did not teach in a specialty manner like special needs, special education, gifted education or art or physical education. And then the second line says she did teach special needs children with a general teaching certificate.
