Whats a good work out to get rid of weight that was gained due to pregnancy?

  • Anything that burns fat. Situps to retone the stomach muscles, swimming, biking, dancing, anything that will burn fat, and calories.

  • I always just run around the park with my kids. And then at home I'm always up on my feet doing house work, or playing with the kids. It seems to be working, and I'm not paying attention to how much I'm moving so I don't seem to get as tired as if I wher actually running on a tredmil.
