Can women have those kind of dreams too??

Two nights ago I had a sexual dream and I swear I had an actual orgasm. I've never had that happen before or heard of it. Anyone else ever experience this?

  • Yes, women can have these dreams too. I have a very healthy sexual imagination and this happens to me a lot. It feels so strange because you never really hear about this happening to women, just men.

  • Gosh yes. I have dreams all the time that include orgasms but it doesnt feel like a regular conscious one. Its kinda uncomfortable. It definitely wakes me up. I do this every time I ovulate.

  • Happens to me about once a month. It's a lot less exhausting than actual sex with the same results!
