pregnant and hemmorhoids

ok im 6 months pregnant nd lately when i have a bowel movement my poop is big and it causes me to bleed.the hemmorhoids look like little bubblles kinds of sticking out.i know its nasty and stuff but hey i need help.i dont know what too do its like im scared to poop because of it.oh and i believe i have more then 1 hemmorhoid.i believe its 3.has any1 gone through this.what do i do?

  • i havnt been through it but try taking something for constipation it will make your bowel movements softer so it shouldnt hurt so bad and might not bleed as much. just a thought not sure if that will help or not but you can try.

  • Try taking stool softners and eating more fiber. If the hemmroids bother you really bad try a hemmroid cream or witch hazel pads. Then at least you have relief until they go away.

  • you should get colace (its a pregnant safe stool softener and you can get it really cheap over the counter)

  • Two tablespoons of milled flax see per day - you will have no problem with hard stool. Flax seed is a little tiny seed that has been milled or ground. You can buy it in a box at Walmart on the flour and sugar aisle or other grocery stores. It has a slightly nutty taste. You can add it to cereals, pancakes, yogurt, smoothies, oatmeal, grits etc. I absolutely promise you, you will solve any hard stool problems which will help to improve your hemorrhoids. Flax see is a FOOD, not a medicine.
