  • Give her some Tylenol. You can alternate Tylenol and Motrin. Read this....

  • try giving her a lukewarm bath. motrin never helped my kids with fevers i alternated between tylenol and motrin. tylenol always helped my kids more. give her plenty of fluids. with a fever like that she is easy to dehydrate. also i would take her if you can't get the bath to cool her down a little. did the doctor say she had a bug or anything? how old is she?

  • nope, they won't even do anything until it hits 106, only give her motrin or tylonal. just push the fluids, give her tylonal. at 11 months i took my ds to the ER for 104.5 and it went up to 105 while i was waiting, all they did was give him motrin, and when that didn't work, tylonal. so going to the ER is worthless

  • Try giving her tylenol you can give it every four hours. unlike the motrin which is every six. See if that works. I would call my pd.

  • A cool bath might feel really good to her right now, and might help break her fever. Keep her hydrated and if it gets back up to 103 take her back. Good luck I hope she feels better!!!

  • Her fever can go up and down like that for at least 3days. If after 3 days she isn't better take her back in. If she is not being her normal self before the 3 days are up, take her back otherwise do what the first few have said.

  • Luke warm bath, if it's too cold it will make her chilled and she will get sicker. Children's Advil every 6 hours and Childrens Tylenol every 4 hours. Lukewarm washcloth on the back of her neck, on her tummy or forehead. If her fever doesn't go away after a couple of days or she is feeling worse then take her back to the doc, if her fever spikes suddenly take her to the ER.
