  • yes but losing weight while breastfeeding isnt always a good thing!!!! Make sure while your breastfeeding that you eat well because what you eat helps make good milk, which in turn means that baby is getting what he/she needs!!!
    Why not feed baby, burp them and then go for a nice brisk walk! or how about every night before you go to bed or every morning when you wake up just do some stretching.... all the little things make a big difference!!! good luck!!!
