shortness of breath

ok so im about to be 29 weeks pregnant, and i do have big babies so i look like im due in a week, but otherwise im fairly thin. and i dont smoke since i got pregnant again. for the past week or so ive been getting this feeling like i am short of breath and i have to take a deep breath all of a sudden. this feeling lasts about 5-10 minuits. do you think its just the baby somehow crowding my lungs? no history of asthma. happens when im just sitting here. thanks!

  • Its probably the baby on your lungs, put your hands up in the air and take a deep breath. If your feeling any pains while it is happening or noticing wheezing then call your doctor. If its just a few minutes the baby has probably just moved into your lung space.

  • my dr said its common to get "feelings of not being able to catch your breath". she said that your lungs get squished into a tiny tiny space so they cant expand quite as much as they used to. happens 2 me alot 2.
