  • Just after 4 months - she had bad reflux and the doctor suggested we start the cereals early to see if it would help her.

  • Its good to hear that many of you started at 4 months. My daughter just turned 4 months and the dr said to go ahead and start rice cereal. She has bad reflux and he things it will help her not to spit up as much. I waited until my first daughter was 5 and a half months to start rice cereal. It seems like my second daughter is doing everything sooner......thanks for your input ladies
