Does anyone know if I can use epsom salt in a pool with a filter?

I have swelling in my legs and a pulled hamstring and my dr said to soak in a tub of epsom salt but i really think the pool would be more relaxing so does anyone know if this is possible or would it ruin my pool? my pool is one of the ones where you inflate a ring on top then fill it up with water.

  • I would stick with using it in the tub.
Salts, even in whirlpool tubs, can cause corrosion in the shoots and tubings.
    Hope you feel better!
