  • yes, this is completely normal. you should only worry if your cramps are severe or you find yourself bleeding heavily, dark red blood or passing clots. don't be surprised if you find yourself spotting pink/brown/light red blood. that is normal as well. make sure you are eating well and drinking plenty of fluids and taking your prenatal vitamins every day. • it might just be the normal increase in discharge that you're having i wouldn't be worried mild cramps are common around this time if there's no bleeding and they come and go I wouldn't worry about it.... do bring it up to your doctor at the next appt though.

  • Honey, your body is going to ache, cramp, and leak shit you never imagined before lol. It is all part of the joys of pregnancy. Your blood flow doubles, your discharge get crazy from thin to thick and in between from gushing to non existant. You will creak, pop, ache, pee your pants when you sneeze the list goes on. Strech marks, saggy boobs, hemoroids, hair loss, swelling, constipation, heart burn blah blah blah. You will never experience anything like it on earth. That is what makes babies so special. All we endure just getting them here and it is all forgotten with their first breath and we can't wait to do it all again. Hang in there!
