Breastmilk to treat a stye?

My hubby has a pretty bad stye and I told him to put some of my breastmilk on it to treat it, has anyone ever acctually tried this before? Did it work? How long did it take to clear up? Thanx in advance for your help :)

  • Breast milk has many immunities and will clear up a stye and pink eye. It has been tried and works.

  • Yes that is true. Breastmilk will clear up an eye infecton.

  • OP here, thank you so much for the verification, he was reluctant to put *gasp* breastmilk in his eye but he did(as long as I NEVER tell anyone :)
