Is there any way to help a baby to like vegetables more?

The only vegetable baby food my daughter likes is squash. We've tried green beans and peas and carrots, but she makes a horrible face and spits it out (it's kinda hilarious actually, lmao).

I'm guessing the only thing I can do is keep trying to feed it to her. But if anyone has any sort of tips...that would be nice =]

  • What I was told because my dd doesn't like peas is to give her one bite of peas before whatever else u give her. After about 6-7 times she should get more used to it.

  • Keep offering them;it can take a dozen or more tries.
Don't use jarred food (nasty and expensive)
try avocado, baked sweet potato, cooked and mashed beans.
    www.superbabyfood.com is a great resource
