Hi my name is Martine ,I am new to the site I live in Miami,after having my baby,I want to get back in shape ,what i am looking for is a fitness group to start exercising,i am looking for mom with the same desire to lose weight and get back on track,either walking once a week or running, I live in Miami.

  • If you can't find anyone, put the baby in the stroller and start walking or jogging. Start slow, 20 minutes a day at least 3 times a week.
