Do you ever make fried fish?

I discovered how to make fried tilapia the other day, and now I'm addicted. Yummy =]

  • How come EVERYTHING tastes better when it is fried? LOL Your tilapia sounds delish! Did yu share the recipe?

  • I fix fried catfish at times.
    Egg and milk, dipped in cornmeal and flour (with salt and pepper), and then fried in vegetable oil.

  • Yanno, I really should. I battered it with some kind of chicken flour batter, I didn't use an eggwash or anything though. I fried it in some butter, and the flour made it taste all buttery and yummy on the outside and flaky on the inside.

    Damn, now I'll have to make it again O.O

  • My husband coats and fries all his fish - I can't stand it - the taste and the smell!
    I'm not much of a fried food eater anyhow.
